Social Action Trust Fund intends to engage a consultant to undertake the end of implementation evaluation covering the period of strategic plan implementation ie 2018 to 2022. The evaluation shall seek to determine the relevance of planned interventions, efficiency, effectiveness, impact as well as sustainability of implemented activities.
