Capacitate and Engage

The rapid growing number of Most Vulnerable Children(MVC) has become the challenge in developing countries like Tanzania.  In response to that, a number of Stakeholders have been engaged in solving the challenge for the betterment of the MVC, Communities and the nation at large.

Apart from the weak or limited resources, Stakeholders have been facing the challenges in implementing the program to support MVC. Such challenges include but not limited to inappropriate needs assessment, poor or lack of coordination, poor resource management, lack of activities’ monitoring and reporting skills.

It is from this point of view that, SATF commits to build the capacity of her Implementing Partners before engaging them into implementation of its programs. By so doing, new IPs are imparted with knowledge and skills necessary for the implementation of the program activities, which includes; sharing knowledge and skills to manage MVC, resources, monitor impacts and data collection as well as reporting.
