Currently the Trust works with 12 Local CSOs, 36 districts in 18 Region of Tanzania. Since its inception, SATF has reached more than 200,000 beneficiaries under education intervention in Tanzania

Child's health is a prerequisite for school retention and performance. The organization provides health support for all students under its education program. Health interventions include Improved Community Health Fund Insurance scheme, National Insurance Health Fund, Sexual and Reproduction Initiative, nutrition, provision of sanitary pads, and psychosocial support.

Donations of School desks and Beddings facilities,assistive devices for children with special needs such as Braille machines, voice recorders, hearing aids, wheelchairs, and rehabilitation services such as Physio, Occupational and Speech/Language therapies
